The villa is managed as one complete operation rather than a collection of unrelated services. Responsibilities are organised around the property, its seasonal rhythm and the standard the owner expects to maintain.
01Property oversight
Regular interior and exterior checks establish a consistent view of the villa’s condition. Observations are documented with photographs, placed in context and communicated with a clear recommendation whenever owner attention or approval is required.
02Arrival and seasonal preparation
Pre-season opening, owner arrivals and end-of-season closing are prepared against an agreed property checklist. Access, utilities, presentation and known priorities are reviewed so the villa moves into each period with fewer avoidable surprises.
03Turnover coordination
Cleaning, laundry, linen and presentation partners are coordinated within the management plan. The objective is not simply task completion, but a consistent handover standard that reflects the villa and its next use.
04Partner and maintenance coordination
When specialist attention is needed, BVM coordinates access, scope clarification, owner approval and practical follow-up. External work remains visible within one operational record instead of being divided among unrelated conversations.
05Guest operations
Where included in the selected structure, guest preparation, arrival, departure and on-stay coordination are organised around the same property standards. Booking activity never replaces the underlying responsibility for a well-controlled villa.
